It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their design is suitable and safe for its intended use.

That said, we take every measure to ensure strength, durability, and structural integrity where applicable. This includes selecting appropriate materials, tuning key print parameters, and applying best-practice techniques such as infill tuning, layer bonding optimization, and stress-tested material choices. Where advanced materials are used, we may reference relevant tensile, load, or thermal data where available — but final validation remains the customer's responsibility. Our parts are not certified for critical applications unless agreed in writing.

2. Submitting Files and Designs

You are responsible for the files you upload.
By submitting a design, you confirm:

You own or have permission to use it.
It doesn’t violate any laws, copyrights, or patents.
It doesn’t contain anything harmful, offensive, or illegal.

We may decline to print any file at our discretion.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required before we begin production.
Prices may vary based on size, material, complexity, and time.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

We do our best to meet estimated timeframes, but delays can happen.
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the job.
Shipping is handled by third-party couriers, and we are not responsible for delays once shipped.

5. Refunds and Issues

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our service.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a major issue, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Your Files and Ownership

You keep full ownership of your design files.
We only use them to process and complete your order.
We do not share or resell your designs.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

We are not liable for:

Issues with your original design (e.g. flaws or functionality problems)
Delays caused by couriers or unexpected events
Any indirect losses (e.g. lost business, opportunity, etc.)
